يسعدنا في إدارة منصة هيلبريس أن نعلن عن إطلاق مبادرة استراتيجية جديدة تهدف إلى تعزيز دوركم كشركاء رئيسيين في نجاح المنصة. نحن نؤمن بأن مساهماتكم تشكل العمود الفقري لنمو هيلبريس، ونسعى من خلال هذه الخطوة إلى مكافأتكم ورفع مستوى تفاعلكم مع المنصة.

آلية التقييم للمنحة:

سيتم اختيار المستحقين للمنحة بناءً على المعايير التالية:

• جودة المحتوى المقدم وأثره داخل المنصة.
• التواجد المنتظم والمستمر على المنصة.
• المشاركة الفعّالة مع المحتوى (مثل التعليقات البنّاءة أو تعزيز التفاعل).
• حجم المساهمات الكمية (مثل عدد الإعلانات أو المحتوى المنشور).
• الالتزام بمعايير المنصة الأخلاقية والمهنية.

سيبدأ توزيع المنحة اعتبارًا من 1 أبريل 2025، على دفعات متفاوتة حسب مستوى المشاركة والأداء لكل مشترك. أما التداول الداخلي بين المشتركين فسيكون متاحًا عبر المحافظ الشخصية بدءًا من أبريل 2025، مع الإبقاء على القيمة المغلقة للسهم عند دولار واحد حتى نهاية السنة المالية في أبريل 2026.

Official Statement from Hylpress Platform Management

Dear Hylpress Platform Subscriber,

We are delighted to announce the launch of a new strategic initiative aimed at enhancing your role as key partners in the success of the Hylpress platform. We firmly believe that your contributions form the backbone of Hylpress's growth, and through this step, we seek to reward you and elevate your engagement with the platform.

We have allocated a total of 100 million shares to the platform, with each share currently valued at a fixed rate of one dollar. Of these shares, 25% (25 million shares) have been designated for subscribers, while the founding management retains 75% (75 million shares). Trading is currently restricted exclusively to subscribers within the platform via their personal wallets. As for the portion eligible for free trading in the future (25%), the share value will be determined by the financial management every fiscal quarter on April 1, July 1, October 1, and January 1, paving the way for its eventual listing for open trading.

During the upcoming fiscal year (April 2025 to April 2026), 1% of the total shares (1 million shares) will be distributed as a free grant to outstanding subscribers. This includes holders of \"PRO\" memberships, accredited agents, advertisers, and active members, based on the evaluation of the executive management. Additionally, subscribers will be able to purchase additional shares directly through their personal wallets, with the purchase offer commencing in April 2025.

Grant Evaluation Mechanism:

Eligible recipients of the grant will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Quality of content provided and its impact within the platform.
• Regular and consistent presence on the platform.
• Active engagement with content (e.g., constructive comments or boosting interaction).
• Volume of quantitative contributions (e.g., number of advertisements or published content).
• Adherence to the platform’s ethical and professional standards.

The grant distribution will begin on April 1, 2025, in varying batches based on each subscriber’s participation and performance level. Internal trading among subscribers will be available through personal wallets starting April 2025, with the fixed share value maintained at one dollar until the end of the fiscal year in April 2026.
